Features: The purpose of case-based teaching is to stimulate learners' personalized thinking and their ability to solve practical problems. Due to the separation between case writers and case learners, case learners cannot fully grasp the intent and objectives of the case writers. Therefore, case reviews serve as a bridge between case writers and case learners. The cases in this book primarily come from the author's practical experience in organizing and participating in consulting projects during the past two years in the field of human resource management teaching and research. Some cases are also compiled from relevant human resource management case libraries in China. The book has four distinctive features: First, it emphasizes the systematic nature of the case system, striving to comprehensively cover all aspects of the field of human resource management to meet the teaching needs of the course. Second, it focuses on localized cases as the main body, drawing on writing methods from international cases to develop localized cases suitable for domestic business management teaching, meeting learners' needs in this regard. Third, it emphasizes original case writing, striving to gain corporate recognition and support, and as much as possible, authentically recreate the original state of enterprises without revealing their business secrets. Fourth, it adopts an inspirational approach to case reviews to help readers learn from the cases.
