From my experience, having worked in over a hundred companies, those who are school-wise 'good kids' can at most become senior executives but rarely break through significantly. Only those who are very 'bad,' have many ideas, and behave strangely will become masters in various fields. Zhu Zai is the same—he is very bad, but he is almost top in school. In fact, many of the ideas in this comic were provided by Zhu Zai and my daughter, Xiao Xinying. My reward was NT$20 for every idea they contributed, so both my daughter and Zhu Zai were very enthusiastic about offering ideas."
