Features: The issues discussed in the book—such as the state, regime, law, morality, marriage, family, and so on—all reflect the deep contemplation of the philosopher on social life. He believed that in times of social upheaval and instability, humans should have a clear understanding of society and human nature. What is true social life? What is the fundamental basis of human existence? These are urgent tasks for social philosophy, and Franklin took it upon himself to continuously explore these questions. He opposed the implementation of collectivism domestically, believing that collectivism stifles the human spirit, while the freedom of the human spirit is highly creative. Therefore, to revitalize the nation, attention must be revolutionarily paid to the spiritual life of the people, ensuring they enjoy full spiritual freedom. Similarly, he also opposed (passionate revolutionary fervor), arguing that any social upheaval that ignores the spirit cannot establish a rational human society. Only through gradual "reform" of human spiritual existence can this ideal be achieved.
