Features: This book is the final outcome of the "Nineteen-Ninety-Five" Planning Key Project of Guangxi Philosophy and Social Sciences. Ethnic relations are a thorny issue in the world today, causing instability and unrest in many countries and regions, affecting economic and cultural development, social progress, and people's happiness. In China, ethnic relations involve 56 ethnic groups living in equality, unity, mutual assistance, ensuring border stability, national stability, and social development. Guangxi's ethnic relations, in particular, have long maintained harmonious cooperation and mutual prosperity among different ethnic groups. To genuinely summarize the experiences and lessons of Guangxi's ancient, modern, and contemporary ethnic relations from both theory and practice, and to learn from history for further consolidating and developing China's socialist ethnic relations, we applied for this project and obtained approval and funding.
