Features: This book can be used as a teaching material for chemistry majors in normal colleges, and is also suitable for biochemistry, chemical biology majors in normal colleges, higher vocational colleges, education colleges, correspondence colleges, and relevant majors, as well as for the further training and professional development of junior high school chemistry teachers. This book is revised based on the requirements of the new teaching plan for chemistry majors in normal colleges issued by the Ministry of Education and the practical experience of organic chemistry experiments in normal colleges over the past ten years. The original textbook system remains unchanged, but some outdated and repetitive content has been removed, and basic operation training has been strengthened. New experiments such as column chromatography, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy, Wittig reaction, and atmospheric catalytic hydrogenation have been added. This book fully reflects the teaching characteristics of normal colleges, with experiment assignments, exercises, and reflection questions provided after each experiment. Detailed annotations are also included for standardized operation and key points for successful experiments. Alternative experiments of the same type are appended after preparation experiments, and schools can choose independently based on different conditions. To connect with practical applications and facilitate the development of extracurricular chemical activities, the supplementary experiments include recipes and methods for various practical chemical products.
