Features: With the development of the market economy, labor and social security have become increasingly closely linked to the lives of every individual. Whether it involves training, employment, job seeking, or unemployment, whether one is currently employed or has retired, everyone must interact with the laws and regulations related to labor and social security. As a major endeavor that benefits the present generation and future generations, labor and social security have deeply permeated every aspect of daily life and work, directly impacting the tangible interests of countless workers. It is precisely because the cause of labor and social security has become increasingly important that the number of laws and regulations related to it has been increasing in quantity and frequency in recent years. Accompanying these laws and regulations, the volume of legal documents for labor and social security has also grown. To facilitate the correct and reasonable use of these documents by workers, employers, and relevant labor and social security departments and workers in handling legal matters related to labor and social security, and to enable them to legally safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, we have organized the compilation of the "Guide to Model Labor Contracts and Labor and Social Security Legal Documents." These models are documents formulated by labor and social security departments. Most of them are formulated by national labor and social security administrative departments, while a small portion are developed by local labor and social security departments based on the principle requirements of the national labor and social security administrative departments. Neither of the former nor the latter is fixed; when applied, they should be adapted to specific situations. To provide readers with a comprehensive understanding of the documents, an introduction to the basic knowledge, main content, and preparation requirements of each document is provided before each document format. We believe that it will serve as a helpful guide for readers. This book is edited by Dan Qing, with contributions from Li Chuan, Zhang Jiacao, Li Bo, Wang Dianlin, Yu Baoqing, Niu Bin, and others. Due to the urgency of time, there may be shortcomings, and we welcome readers' comments and corrections.
