Features: The "Legal Code Collection of the People's Republic of China" is the official version of the legal and administrative regulations compiled and published by the state. 3. The collection is categorized into constitutional law, civil and commercial law, administrative law, economic law, social law, and criminal law. Under each major category, secondary categories are set up based on content. The order of categories is: laws, administrative regulations, regulatory documents, and departmental rules; within laws, administrative regulations, regulatory documents, and departmental rules, the arrangement is based on the chronological order of issuance.
4. This volume includes 15 laws and relevant decisions on legal issues passed by the National People's Congress and its Standing Committee in 2003, 28 administrative regulations issued by the State Council, 83 regulatory documents, and 18 departmental rules selected as attachments, totaling 144 items.
