This specification is a mandatory standard with mandatory provisions, focusing on ensuring project safety, functional performance, human health, environmental benefits, and public interests, and sets forth regulations for controlling and accepting the construction quality of building electrical engineering. It also appropriately includes provisions for certain appearance quality requirements.
