Features: This specification was revised based on the requirements of the document Construction Construction Standard [2002] No. 85, "Notice on Issuing the 'Plan for the Formulation and Revision of National Engineering Construction Standards for the 2001-2002 Annual Plan'" and the previous specification "Construction and Acceptance Code for 110-500kV Overhead Transmission Line." Compared to the original specification, the revised version deletes certain provisions such as casting alloy anchor head guy wires and the requirement that the main steel of the insertable foundation for the main steel should be assembled with the tower structure for alignment. For difficult-to-inspect items, such as varying requirements for the compaction density of backfill in foundation pits, simplified treatment has been applied. The following new content has been added: 1. Pile foundation and winter construction in foundation engineering; 2. Steel pipe pole construction in pole tower engineering; 3. Optical cable installation in line construction; 4. Completion handover regulations in engineering acceptance and handover.
