This book was edited under the commission of the Central Committee by the Research Office of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, and the Documentation and Research Center of the CPC Central Committee participated in the review and proofreading work. This volume is chronologically linked to the previously published Volume (1926–1949) and follows the same editorial methods.
