Features: Professor Ran Guanghe undertook and completed the major scientific research project "Theoretical Research on the Sustainable Development of the Financial Industry" funded by the National Social Science Fund of China. This is an pioneering and cutting-edge study. As far as I know, both practical workers and theoretical researchers in China are just beginning to study finance as an industry and the sustainable development of the financial sector, with relatively few achievements. In this sense, Professor Ran Guanghe leading the completion of this project holds significant "bridging the past and the future" meaning, which is truly commendable. The sustainable development of the financial industry refers to the process of maximizing industry benefits and continuous development of the financial industry under the premise of promoting the sustainable development of the national economy. The connotation of the sustainable development of the financial industry is to rationally and appropriately utilize financial resources through market mechanisms without harming the interests of future generations, ensuring the demand of the current generation for the capital services of the financial industry, achieving the sound circulation and maximized appreciation of financial industry capital, and forming a strong financial industry with substantial capital strength in a country. This book conducts systematic and in-depth research on various aspects of the sustainable development of the financial industry, including its fundamental connotation, resource allocation, theoretical models, operational mechanisms, evaluation procedures, internal control systems, effective supervision, the feasibility and development strategies of the industrialization of China's financial industry, and more.
