Features: It is impossible to conduct academic research without understanding the history of scholarship, and this is particularly true in today's society known as the "information explosion." Since the publication of the first systematic grammar monograph in China, The Writings of Ma Xian (), and especially since the founding of the People's Republic of China, research on ancient Chinese grammar in our country has made significant progress and achieved remarkable results. However, until now, no comprehensive index of research papers in this field has been compiled, which has, to some extent, led to our research often being "lacking in information and working in isolation." As a result, some efforts are duplicated, while others are not deep enough or draw biased conclusions. The publication of this book fills this gap. This index primarily includes ancient Chinese grammar research papers published in various Chinese newspapers, journals, and collections of papers from 1900 (after the publication of The Writings of Ma Xian) to 2000. The index contains over 4,000 entries, divided into 18 major categories and 129 subcategories, with a scientific classification system that facilitates reader retrieval. Most entries are arranged in chronological order of publication, while a few subcategories are organized by the historical era of the subject matter discussed in the papers. Target Audience: For reference by researchers specializing in ancient Chinese.
