For the more important ones, such as the "Notice on Strictly Implementing the Criminal Procedure Law and Effectively Rectifying and Preventing Excessive Detention" and the "Provisions of the People's Courts on Sending Back Cases for Rehearing and Directing Cases for Reconsideration in Civil Cases," special articles are provided for interpretation.
