Features: "Informatization" is the hottest topic in the business world today. It is most aptly described as "a double-edged sword." Some companies have been revitalized by it, while others have been defeated in the process of implementation, and many more are in a helpless situation of "being stuck between a rock and a hard place." This book collects 28 outstanding stories from the series " Classics—50 Promising Cases of Informatization in Chinese Enterprises" reported by the Computer World newspaper, aiming to provide methodologies for the informatization of Chinese enterprises. "Classic" means "typical, with value for promotion, reference, inspiration, and guidance." These classic cases are praised by industry professionals as a successful model of "outsiders leading the experts."
