This book analyzes and studies the research content of management from the basic method of general discipline research—the axiomatic method, proposes two basic axioms of management, and through the derivation of these two basic management axioms, points out that the relationship between management and organization is the relationship between motion and matter, with organization determining management, and concludes that studying management behavior requires studying the organization.
