Features: Every man is a thief, and he never changes his ways. No matter when or where, a man will never pass up a randomly encountered beautiful woman, always greedily taking a few glances. In modern slang, this is called "eye-candy." This woman is definitely not his wife—even if his wife is perfect, he won't particularly appreciate her. Since it doesn't belong to him, there's at least a hint of stealing involved, and stealing is the very nature of a thief.
Every man is a thief, but men are divided into two types: those who steal beauty and those who steal passion. Men who steal beauty mostly do so for fleeting pleasure, to delight the soul, and to dream of beauty. Men who steal passion are usually like wall-jumping toads or street-ratting mice, indulging in desires, satisfying their physiology, and enjoying the thrill. The former are bold, stealing openly in public, savoring all the beauty in the world with a sense of grandeur—though if their wife is present, they might feel a bit less heroic. The latter are true thieves in the sense that morality forbids it, and society disdains it, so they can only sneak around in private.
