Features: Following the characteristics of different subjects, this set of exercises is compiled unit by unit, closely aligning with the requirements of middle school English textbooks. It provides detailed explanations and repeated practice for the key and challenging points covered in the textbooks. Each unit is divided into two main sections. In the "Objectives" section, it summarizes the vocabulary, sentence patterns, and topics to be mastered in the unit, while also listing related extended content. In the "Basic Knowledge Test," we have included a large number of exercises on vocabulary, sentence patterns, and grammar to help students firmly grasp the key points of the unit. The reading passages and topics selected for each unit highlight the features of the new textbooks, emphasizing the practicality, novelty, and creativity of the language. The content is rich and diverse, as much as possible, incorporating news and current events, scientific knowledge, ecological issues, human-nature relationships, and even the SARS disease that was a major concern at the time, integrating knowledge, fun, and timeliness. The compilers have strived to select authentic English materials while rewriting more challenging content to prevent students from being discouraged. Our set of exercises provides students with a platform for learning and using English, hoping it will help to develop their creative thinking, showcase their individuality, and demonstrate their talents.
