Doctor's answer:

Points to note:
1) In improving posture stability and balance, techniques such as loading, compression, alternating light tapping, spatial positioning of limbs, and control are useful and can be applied based on the situation.
2) Vibration is not suitable for use with these patients.
3) The rhythmic stability in PNF techniques is not suitable for establishing posture and proximal stability for these patients, as the issue lies in regulating movement through fine muscle control rather than activating motor units or maintaining a fixed position.
4) When patients still lack posture stability and balance, straight-force movements should not be performed in a water therapy pool, as buoyancy can exacerbate imbalance.
