Features: With the development of urban economy and construction in China, property management, as an important branch of the real estate industry, has also experienced rapid growth. Urban residents have shifted from seeking basic shelter to pursuing better living environments and high-quality services, leading to increasingly higher demands for property management. There is an urgent need for highly skilled property management professionals. To meet this demand, many institutions have recently established property management programs. To help property management workers master the methods and skills of property management and adapt to the development of vocational education in the field, the authors have compiled the textbook "Property Management Practice."
"Property Management Practice" is divided into two volumes and focuses on management practices, demonstrating strong operational applicability. The textbook reflects the latest theories and practical achievements in property management, incorporates certain cases and practical appendix materials, and highlights the vocational education emphasis on hands-on training. The first volume primarily discusses the establishment of property management companies, the recruitment and training of employees, assessment methods, property project bidding, preliminary property management, the maintenance of buildings and equipment, and other content. The second volume primarily covers property cleaning management, greening management, security management, fire safety management, traffic management, and community culture. The two volumes systematically cover the fundamental content of modern property management and services.
Based on the development trends of the property management industry and the needs of higher vocational education, the authors have adopted the following approach in compiling "Property Management Practice":
① Combine practice with theory, emphasizing practice and ensuring operational applicability;
② Reflect the latest trends in property management;
③ Align with the needs of enterprises and on-the-job training;
④ Pay attention to systematization and coordination with other courses.
