Features: This book includes three parts: certification norms, formats for notarized documents, and English translations of foreign-related notarized document formats. Among them, the certification norms are divided into three major categories: civil, economic, and other, totaling 180 types of documents. Each certification norm consists of eight sections: definition, legal basis, jurisdiction, application and acceptance, key points of the dialogue record, review and investigation, approval and issuance, and precautions. It is highly instructive and operationally effective. The formats for notarized documents list a total of 90 types. Among them, over 40 reference formats for element-based notarized documents are written in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Justice documents and combined with notarial practice. Each reference format provides a relatively comprehensive elaboration on the various elements involved in the document types, which is beneficial for notaries to broaden their thinking and perspectives. The 30 department-issued specialized foreign-related notarized document formats are all accompanied by English translations. To ensure the authenticity and legality of notarized documents, special attention was paid during the writing process to the integration of substantive law and procedural law, as well as the integration of theory and practice. The relevant provisions of laws, regulations, rules, and normative documents were incorporated into each certification procedure. Based on considerations of substantive law and procedural law, the key points of the dialogue record, the focus of investigation, the main aspects of review, and the potential issues requiring attention were determined for each norm. This book can serve as a reference tool for notaries in handling their certifications.
