Features: This book is revised based on the author's doctoral dissertation. It argues that the Islamic economic system is a unique economic form, distinct from both capitalist and socialist economies, and is a distinctive Islamic economy built upon the foundation of "Islamic legal sources." It first provides an in-depth analysis of the "legal foundation" and "changes and adaptations" of Islamic economics, and offers a specialized critique of the "philosophy of Islamic economics." Subsequently, it systematically analyzes and elaborates on the uniqueness of the "Islamic economic system," property rights, production and consumption, corporate organization, fiscal and financial matters, particularly the "principles and functions of Islamic banking." In case studies, it examines countries in the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia that are both ancient and Islamic, with Iran being a particularly typical case. The historical process of "Islamic economicization in Iran" is elaborated in detail, further deepening understanding and recognition. The "transformation of the oil system in Islamic countries" is discussed as a case study, which not only holds decisive significance for studying the economies of Islamic countries in the Middle East but also represents a critical and major strategic issue in the current global economic development.
