Features: To make the examination repertoire more diverse and comprehensive in showcasing erhu art and its performance techniques, we issued a call for submissions nationwide in the summer of last year (1995). Over the past six months, we have received over a thousand works of various themes. After multiple rounds of careful selection by members of the Erhu Expert Committee in Beijing, these works have been compiled into the second set of repertoire. Due to the specific needs of the examination and limitations in length, many excellent works could not be included.
