Features: The content of this book: Mom told me, if only the return policy in the United States could be implemented in China. I said it has been tried, but it didn't work. Many people intentionally buy and then return, and merchants can't bear the loss. Society needs to be prosperous to a certain extent before people are unwilling to resort to tricks for small money; it needs to be civilized to a certain extent before some behaviors are considered unacceptable by the majority. Few people in the U.S. engage in "returns," and merchants' magnanimity is based on the general prosperity and civilization of the majority. Sometimes, returning in California isn't easy, I hear it's because there are more difficult customers there.
