Features: This book is a supplementary exercise guide written based on the content of "Installation Engineering Quota and Budget" from the series of teaching materials for construction cost management. The book is divided into five parts.
Part 1 presents the content of the textbook in the form of questions and answers, systematically and sequentially. Graduates from previous years and practicing professionals often complain that some issues in installation engineering quota and budget are difficult to understand and master due to the extensive content and lack of systematic and complete answers in practical work. In view of this, referring to the explanations of installation engineering quota from relevant national departments and related materials, some of the problems frequently encountered in teaching and actual work are compiled into 515 question-and-answer pairs with accurate and concise wording, forming an organic and systematic structure that is both independent and interconnected. This greatly helps in deeply understanding and systematically mastering installation engineering quota and budget, as well as in practical application.
Part 2 provides multiple-choice questions for practicing the content of the textbook. This part includes 426 questions, aiming to distinguish between correct and incorrect concepts through comparative methods, thereby accurately grasping the concepts.
Part 3 focuses on the calculation of construction cost, the basic principle of which is to calculate project quantities based on construction drawings. All exercises in this part consist of engineering drawings, which is one of the distinguishing features of this exercise collection. The 138 questions, composed of 139 various types of engineering drawings, cover water supply and drainage, heating and ventilation, and both strong and weak electrical systems in building electricity. These drawings encompass a wide range of installation engineering issues from different perspectives. This part follows the principle of "a drop of water reveals the whole ocean," meaning that although each drawing is small, it contains substantial content. The exercises include quantity calculation and project setup practice, quota application practice, analysis of labor, material, and machinery consumption, calculation and analysis of project costs, and calculation and analysis of various technical and economic indicators, among others. The difficulty, depth, breadth, and quantity of the drawing exercises are appropriately designed, making them suitable for various exercises or test formats. The purpose is to lay a solid foundation for students and installation engineering budget personnel before entering the workforce.
Part 4 uses nine larger-scale drawings, which are actual engineering construction drawings, as teaching exercises or major project exercises. These are essential for training practical work skills, making them very important. This exercise guide can not only be used in schools but also as a working manual for students in the future, as well as a primary reference material for installation engineering budget personnel preparing for professional qualifications exams.
