Features: The "Fudan Grand Lecture" series is a kind of lecture-based book for universities in southern China. This book is the volume of the "Fudan Grand Lecture" series, compiling speeches by 15 renowned scholars from various fields, who are influential and highly appealing. The speeches were delivered at Fudan University and are organized into six sections: Literature, History, Philosophy, Society, Economy, and Epidemic Prevention. Each section includes two to three speeches, generally arranged in chronological order, emphasizing intellectual depth and contemporary relevance while rejecting superficiality and sensationalism. This aims to highlight the profound cultural heritage of Fudan University, a century-old institution of higher learning. Through these speeches, we hope not only to provide readers with knowledge but also to inspire and awaken their minds, clarifying the conscience and responsibilities of intellectuals.
