The second part focuses on the content of enterprise environmental management, mainly covering three aspects: the output of the enterprise—enterprise strategy, the input of the enterprise—enterprise system selection, and the handling of stakeholder relationships. The third part is internal organizational management, which includes two main components: the establishment of the basic framework of the management system and the application of the management system framework. The fourth part covers the content of process management, introducing the latest achievements from a perspective of change and dynamics, combined with the development of enterprises.
