Features: This book combines the exam syllabus and focuses on subjects such as Legal Theory, Constitution, Administrative Law and Administrative Litigation Law, and Civil Law. It summarizes key knowledge points from an exam perspective and provides typical examples. The idea behind the "Comprehensive Guidance Outline" is "comprehensive yet concise." The term "comprehensive" means it covers all subjects of the judicial exam in one book, while "concise" refers to only including essential content for each exam subject. The term "guidance" means to guide and assist (lend a helping hand). That's why it's called the "Comprehensive Guidance Outline." To achieve this approach, we made efforts in two aspects:
On the one hand, in terms of content, we had to make choices, striving to maintain "complementarity" with law textbooks or recommended reading materials. We only introduce the content and methods needed to prepare for the judicial exam, while omitting concepts and common knowledge already covered in law textbooks or recommended materials. We only include these concepts or common knowledge when they might be exam points or involve understanding other exam points, or when the author has a unique expression.
On the other hand, in terms of expression, we try to organize the content around exam points and the exam perspective, highlighting key knowledge points and tips for exam preparation. When necessary, we even explain the reasons why certain points become exam points or are approached from an exam perspective, making it truly a guide for exam preparation rather than a textbook for explaining legal knowledge.
