Features: This tutorial consists of four chapters. Chapter 1 is the part of standardized training and organization. Due to the diverse backgrounds of students from different schools and varying training methods, levels, and abilities, it is necessary to systematically and comprehensively standardize training based on the "Academic" teaching requirements to ensure a basic university-level education standard. The focus of this stage is to strengthen physical fitness, foundational skills, and techniques, laying an important foundation for the subsequent training stages.
Chapter 2 is the transitional stage, focusing on short-sentence combination training. It primarily serves as a bridge between the previous and following stages. This part builds on the standardized training, with the main emphasis on solving connection issues. The training integrates body movement rhythm, preparing for the third stage of development.
Chapter 3 is the compound technique and skill training part. This section combines high-difficulty techniques and skills in a compound form, emphasizing the various images and emotions in ballet and dance works. It allows technical movements to undergo various transformations and developments in different rhythms, speeds, and expressive styles, further enhancing the emotional expression of the techniques. The techniques themselves are "rhythmicized" in body movement, reinforcing the national style of the technical movements. The compound techniques and skills also possess independent expressive power, enabling the completion of even more challenging tasks.
This is the final stage of training—the comprehensive combination stage. It fully integrates the student's foundational skills, techniques, and artistic expression, allowing each performer to maximize their individual performance personality. Throughout the teaching design of the three stages in this tutorial, the concept of "teaching according to aptitude" must be consistently upheld. This is the essential path from the classroom to the stage, forming a personalized and performance-style-oriented approach.
