Features: We hope this book will discuss all four aspects mentioned above, as without recognition and acceptance at all levels, the culture of the project office is difficult to implement in an organization. Project managers should understand how their projects adapt to the organization as a whole, how they fit into the project portfolio, and how they align with the strategy. The manager of the project manager and the director of the project office need to develop a plan through which they can improve the performance of projects and project managers, and lead the spread of project knowledge throughout the company culture. Those who have once undertaken the pioneering role of the project office will master these guidelines for leading the team. This book elaborates in detail on the importance of establishing a project management office from a strategic perspective, as well as how to systematically and efficiently manage multiple projects being carried out simultaneously within the organization. By understanding the background of the project office and its connection with project management maturity and project portfolio management, the organization can quickly assess itself, guide enterprises in establishing an effective and appropriate project management office, thereby improving the overall performance of projects and project managers, and leading the spread of project knowledge throughout the company culture.
