Features: According to the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, in order to further improve the national occupational standard system and provide scientific and standardized references for vocational education and training, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security organized relevant experts to formulate the "National Occupational Standard for Common Motor Repair Worker" (hereinafter referred to as "The Standard").
1. This "Standard" is based on the "National Occupational Classification Directory of the People's Republic of China" and aims to objectively reflect the current level of this profession and the requirements for practitioners. Taking into full consideration the impact of economic development, technological progress, and industrial structure changes on this profession, it clearly specifies the scope of activities, work content, skill requirements, and knowledge level of this profession.
2. The formulation of this "Standard" follows the requirements of relevant technical regulations, ensuring both the standardization of its format and reflecting the characteristics of being guided by occupational activities and focused on vocational skills. At the same time, it also maintains flexibility and practicality, allowing for adjustments based on technological advancements, and meets the needs of training, assessment, and employment.
3. According to relevant provisions, this "Standard" divides the profession into five levels, including the occupational profile, basic requirements, work requirements, and weight tables for the fourth aspect.
4. This "Standard" was completed through the joint efforts of relevant experts and practitioners.
5. This "Standard" has been approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and shall come into effect from August 3, 2001.
