Features: The development of education is increasingly showing a trend of specialization. With societal progress, the level of specialization in education continues to rise, and this specialization fundamentally relies on the professionalization of teachers. Teacher professionalization is a systematic endeavor, with the core being the development of specialized teaching skills. The mainstay of teacher's specialized knowledge and competence development is the optimization of classroom micro-teaching techniques. In other words, the development of micro-teaching techniques determines whether teacher professionalization can be successfully achieved. Classroom micro-teaching techniques are a relatively new, evolving, and increasingly rich and refined concept, with teaching practitioners interpreting it through their personal experiences. Classroom micro-teaching techniques are a sub-level term relative to the macro-level aspects of teaching theory such as teaching design, teaching organization, teaching evaluation, and teaching research. It consists of a methodological system formed by specific elements such as introduction, transition, board work, dialogue, observation, circulation, reinforcement, scenario creation, and problem management. Classroom micro-teaching techniques possess characteristics such as operability, measurability, and referentiality.
