Features: The "2004 National Judicial Examination Syllabus" has made some adjustments and additions/deletions compared to the "2003 National Judicial Examination Syllabus" (specific details can be referred to the "Comparison of New and Old Syllabi and Historical Exam Topics" published by our press). Based on these adjustments and changes, we have selected 38 laws, regulations, and judicial interpretations that may be involved in this year's judicial examination as a supplement to the existing national judicial examination legal and regulatory compilation from last year, to facilitate the use of candidates. This book includes not only recently enacted or revised laws, regulations, and judicial interpretations, such as the Constitution, Administrative Licensing Law, Commercial Bank Law, Banking Supervision Law, Foreign Trade Law, Judicial Interpretation of the Marriage Law (II), Judicial Interpretation on Compensation for Personal Injury, etc., but also documents included in the syllabus that are not recently enacted or revised but may still be needed, such as the Implementation Rules of the Law on the Establishment of Joint Venture Enterprises with Chinese and Foreign Investment and the Detailed Rules of the Foreign Enterprise Law. Additionally, we have included the "Notice of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Amending Articles 405 and 407."
