7-year-old child with high fever convulsion

Patient's question:

A child had a seizure during a high fever of 39°C two weeks ago, lost consciousness, and lost control of urination for 30 seconds before recovering. Previously, at the age of 3, they had a seizure that quickly resolved, and again at the age of 6, which also recovered quickly. A CT scan was normal, and an EEG previously done showed minor abnormalities. The doctor said it cannot be determined whether this is epilepsy. What should be done in this case? Thank you!

Doctor's answer:

Analysis of the condition: Mainly caused by heat injury.
Suggestions: Most cases are due to the issue of heart and liver fire disturbing the mind. Generally, the urine tends to be yellow.
Doctor's inquiry: Could you please tell me about your diet and urination/defecation?
