Features: The wealthy Jiangnan cultural town of Xieyang suddenly lost its police chief. With ambition burning in his heart, Li Tieman took office, facing a sea of skeptical, distrustful, even hostile (though naturally, there was also flattery) gazes. In these times, when basic needs are met and one's belly is well-fed, that thing called desire stirs, swells, and gives rise to a crop of places for release and a horde of eager players. In the big city, there are the "Four Great Flower Boys"; in the small city, the "Four Little Ruffians"; in the town, there are the local toughs and land barons. Moreover, they have a network of connections and a series of shadowy protectors. This time, Li Tieman is truly at the forefront.
