1. Comprehensively implement and carry out the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, enhance the relevance and timeliness of the national postgraduate entrance examination in political theory, and integrate the content related to the 16th National Congress report into all courses;
2. In line with the spirit of Document No. [2003] 17 of the Political Education Department of the Ministry of Education, the basic requirements for teaching "Two Courses" in ordinary higher education institutions have been comprehensively revised. Correspondingly, the content of each part of the "2004 National Unified Postgraduate Entrance Examination Syllabus for Political Theory" has been fully aligned with the new teaching requirements of the relevant "Two Courses" courses;
