Features: Regular vision tests are the most important and most effective means of early detection of children's eye diseases. This is because both ocular lesions and vision loss caused by systemic diseases are often unnoticed by children or their parents, especially when vision declines gradually or in only one eye. Therefore, regular vision checks are the simplest and most convenient methods for early detection, early treatment, and prevention of the occurrence and development of children's eye diseases. This children's graphic vision chart has been proven scientifically, practically, and engagingly through experimental research and nearly 20 years of clinical and epidemiological application. It is used to test the vision of preschool and school-aged children and aligns with China's national conditions. The paper on this graphic vision chart was published in the English version of the Chinese Medical Journal in 1984 [Picture Test Cards for Vision of Chinese Preschool Children. Chinese Medical Journal, 1984, 97(11): 791—794] and in the Chinese Ophthalmology Journal in 1986 [Graphic Vision Chart for Preschool Children. Chinese Ophthalmology Journal, 1986, 22(3): 146—148], and was awarded the Excellent Paper Award and Science and Technology Achievement Award. It is now printed as a single-page hanging vision chart, primarily for use in hospitals and other medical institutions, kindergartens, and as a detachable graphic vision card, which is more suitable for home use. The back of the graphic vision card is printed with normal vision standards for children of various ages, as well as common prevention and treatment tips for children's eye diseases, in hopes of playing a role in the prevention and treatment of children's eye diseases.
