Should children who have received the hepatitis B vaccine at birth need to get it again?

Patient's question:

A child received the hepatitis B vaccine at birth. When they went for a check-up at kindergarten, all five items in the hepatitis B antibody test (two pairs) were negative. Later, they received one more dose while attending kindergarten. Now they are 10 years old, and a new test for the five items showed a weak positive result for the second item (surface antibody). Do they need another vaccination?

Doctor's answer:

Generally, in this case, vaccination is not necessary.
Recommendation: You can check the quantitative detection of the three hepatitis B series. If the surface antibody is below 100, you can be vaccinated again.
