How to educate a child who doesn't listen

Patient's question:

Children don't listen, I often hit him, re-educate, is this okay? What impact does it have?

Doctor's answer:

Children reach a certain age and all go through a rebellious phase. If adults say one thing, they do the opposite, which is what we call being disobedient. When encountering such children, it's important to be patient and persuade them. If persuasion for a long time doesn't work, it might be better to set the matter aside for a while, do something else, and divert the child's attention. After a while, you can then guide and persuade the child again, and perhaps the effect will be much better.
In short, it's essential to carefully observe children and patiently guide them. It's absolutely crucial not to have a standoff between the two sides. If this continues, either the adults will ultimately give in to the children and end up listening to them, which will encourage the children's bad habit of causing trouble whenever they are dissatisfied; or the parents will lose their patience and hit the children, causing harm to their hearts.
