Features: This story is based on real historical events. Thirteen-year-old Clara and her family once lived a peaceful and happy life in Brno. After the Nazi invasion, they were forced to flee to Terezín. In this small town surrounded by high walls, Clara faced hunger, disease, and a filthy living environment. What was even more terrifying was that she could be transferred to Auschwitz concentration camp at any time, where death awaited her. Despite the extremely difficult conditions for survival, Clara formed deep friendships with others like Hannah and Jacob. The audition notice for the children's opera Brundibár sparked Clara's desire to participate in the performance, as she loved music. Clara constantly had to face new challenges. Brundibár survived in the concentration camp and has endured until today.
