It is absolutely essential to avoid alcohol, wine, and spicy foods. Maintain regular, soft bowel movements and establish a consistent bowel habit. When you feel the urge to defecate, go to the toilet immediately. Eat more vegetables rich in fiber, consume more bananas, pears, watermelon, and other fruits to increase the volume of your stool. You should also drink plenty of water and limit the intake of stimulating beverages like strong tea and coffee.Advice: Glycerin/sodium chloride (Kegel suppositories), glycerin suppositories, etc., inserted into the rectum can stimulate the urge to defecate, leading to bowel movement, known as rectal local laxatives. They are particularly effective for chronic patients.
I hope this helps!
