Features: The China E-commerce Yearbook is a comprehensive reference book that provides an in-depth introduction to the basic development and changes of China's e-commerce. Its purpose is to fully, systematically, and accurately reflect the major advancements in the concepts, regulations, technologies, standards, and industry applications of e-commerce in China, summarize the lessons and experiences of e-commerce, predict the future development direction of e-commerce, and provide decision-making references for industry management and business operations. It serves as a bridge between researchers, educators, enterprises, and the government, offering systematic, accurate, and extensive information to all sectors to promote the healthy development of China's e-commerce and the modernization of commodity circulation. The China E-commerce Yearbook Editorial Committee is composed of leaders from 22 government departments under the State Council, such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Information Industry, and the People's Bank of China, as well as famous experts and scholars in the field of e-commerce in China. Under the leadership of the Editorial Committee, the Editorial Department of China E-commerce Yearbook is responsible for organizing the editing, publishing, and distribution of the yearbook. The China E-commerce Yearbook 2002 is the inaugural edition. The covers primarily the development of China's e-commerce from 2000 to 2001, with new data and statistics updated to December 2001, and appropriately traces the development of China's e-commerce since its inception. It will be edited and published annually thereafter. The China E-commerce Yearbook is organized by content, with five hierarchical levels: sections, columns, categories, subcategories, and entries, primarily using entries as the main form of expression. Entries are highlighted in bold with square brackets as titles. Additionally, it includes articles, research reports, figures, and tables, making it visually rich and convenient for reference. For ease of retrieval, apart from the Chinese table of contents, a Pinyin index is appended at the end of the book. The China E-commerce Yearbook consists of seven main sections: Overview, Environment, Standards, Applications, Trends, Enterprises, and Appendices.
