Hello Doctor, do you think my child has this disease? Is the shape of the child's stool the same as before? Is it necessary to go to the hospital for a check-up to know? If you need to go, what tests are required and what kind of assistance is needed?

Doctor's answer:

Confirmed:
① The primary complaints include abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, and constipation, accompanied by systemic neurotic symptoms.
② The general condition is good, with no weight loss or fever. A thorough examination only reveals abdominal tenderness.
③ Multiple stool routine tests and cultures were negative (at least 3 times), and the fecal occult blood test was negative.
④ Barium enema examination showed no relevant findings, or the colon exhibited irritability.
⑤ Fiber colonoscopy revealed increased intestinal motility in some patients, with no obvious mucosal abnormalities, and histological examination was mostly normal.
⑥ Blood and urine tests were normal, and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate was normal.
⑦ No history of dysentery, schistosomiasis, or other parasitic diseases was present, and trial treatments were ineffective.
