Features: The > symbol promulgated in 2001 and the > symbol promulgated in 2003 both explicitly proposed the concept of utilizing and developing curriculum resources. The essence of this concept is to use all available resources to serve our educational and teaching activities. From the perspective of openness and sustainable development, this concept represents a significant advancement compared to the original teaching requirements and models. For educators, it means placing our service in a broader context—just as adding more windows to a classroom, allowing students more sunlight and fresher, more natural air. For learners, it means enabling them to see the blue sky even while staring at the teacher's chalk dust, helping them recognize the environment early on, and shifting their focus from textbooks to the entire society and life. Without a doubt, abundant educational and teaching resources are an extremely beneficial "living source" for inquiry-based and research-based learning. Before hand-crafting this series of books, we had already experienced the great benefits of utilizing and developing teaching resources for teaching work. Faced with various newspapers and magazines, the bustling internet, rich book resources, and diverse teaching software and courseware, we felt we were not alone, and our textbooks were no longer dull. Instead, we found our teaching lives filled with vitality, enthusiasm, joy, and challenges. Especially when we integrate the resources we possess with students' own resources and spark brilliance through their intersection, a sense of accomplishment and happiness naturally arises. The color of our lives depends on our perspective toward life. When we look far and wide, we gain much and experience fulfillment and abundance. An urge to share our joy with others compels us to begin writing this series of books. The entire series is divided into eight volumes: Language Arts, Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, History, Geography, and Biology. Each volume consists of three major parts.
