To adapt to WTO trade liberalization and protect the legitimate rights and interests of domestic enterprises, the State Council promulgated the "Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China," the "Anti-Subsidy Regulations of the People's Republic of China," and the "Safeguard Measures Regulations of the People's Republic of China" on November 26, 2001, which came into effect on January 1, 2002.
To better learn and master the legal rules of China's anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguard measures, as well as the WTO's anti-dumping and anti-subsidy legal rules, and to apply these legal rules to protect the economic security of domestic industries and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, we organized a group of experts, scholars, and practitioners to compile this book to meet the needs after joining the WTO.
While providing an in-depth yet accessible explanation of China's legal norms on anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguard measures, this book also systematically introduces the legal rules of the WTO and its member countries on these measures, along with typical cases. The book combines theoretical depth with practical application, offering strong operability and practical content.
