Features: "Bankruptcy Law" is one of the teaching materials for law majors in higher education institutions. It is written according to the "Teaching Syllabus for Economic Law" approved by the Ministry of Education of China. The book is divided into twelve chapters. Chapter 1: Overview of Bankruptcy Law, introduces the basic concepts of bankruptcy and bankruptcy law, their regulatory functions, and the historical evolution of bankruptcy systems. Chapter 2: Bankruptcy Filing and Acceptance, covers bankruptcy requirements, the submission and procedural aspects of bankruptcy filings. Chapter 3: Creditors' Meeting, discusses the composition, convening, powers, and voting mechanisms of creditors' meetings. Chapter 4: Settlement and Rehabilitation System, introduces the general theories and main contents of bankruptcy settlement and rehabilitation systems. Chapters 5 to 11 focus on bankruptcy liquidation, covering bankruptcy declaration, bankruptcy claims and related rights, bankruptcy assets and their management and distribution, bankruptcy termination, as well as discharge and reinstatement. Chapter 12: Bankruptcy Relief and Bankruptcy Liability, discusses bankruptcy unemployment relief systems and the legal liabilities of various bankruptcy violations.
