Features: To regulate the work of applying for master's degrees based on equivalent academic standing and ensure the quality of degree conferment, the 16th meeting of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee decided to add the National Unified Examination on Comprehensive Academic Level for Equivalent Academic Standing Applicants for Master's Degrees. Since September 1, 1999, obtaining the "Certificate of Qualification for the National Unified Examination on Comprehensive Academic Level" in the relevant discipline has become a necessary prerequisite for equivalent academic standing applicants to obtain a master's degree. The Comprehensive Academic Level Examination aims to strengthen the macro-control and standardized management of the country in conferring master's degrees on equivalent academic standing applicants, and it is an important part of the national examination organized to assess the professional knowledge structure and level of applicants for master's degrees. In 1998, we organized experts to write and publish the "Outline and Guide for the National Unified Examination on Comprehensive Academic Level for Equivalent Academic Standing Applicants for Master's Degrees in Philosophy." Over the past five years, based on the suggestions of a large number of candidates and relevant experts, we have revised this book carefully on the basis of summarizing the experience of the unified examination. This book serves as a reference for universities and colleges to conduct relevant teaching and tutoring, and it can also be used as a reference for candidates to review and prepare for the exam.
