Since its publication in 1995, Colored Illustrations of Vegetable Pests and Diseases Control has been widely welcomed by grassroots agricultural technicians and vegetable farmers. With the adjustment of rural industrial structures, vegetable production has developed rapidly, and in many regions, it has become a major pillar of the rural economy. Currently, the variety of cultivated vegetables has increased, and cultivation methods are diverse and complex, leading to more severe pest and disease infestations. To ensure the safety of vegetable production and guarantee high-quality, hygienic vegetable products, higher requirements have been placed on pest and disease control.
Under these new circumstances, the original book can no longer fully meet the rapidly evolving needs of pest and disease control in vegetable production. Therefore, with the organization and support of China Agricultural Press, this new edition, Colored Illustrations of Vegetable Pests and Diseases Control, has been rewritten.
