Is the theory of inheritance from ancestors credible?

Patient's question:

Recently, I came across the view of paternal generational inheritance online. Due to my obsessive-compulsive disorder, I am unable to convince myself, so I am turning to a doctor for an answer. Please take a look at the following beliefs I hold and tell me if they are correct...
Belief: Whether in China or abroad, the theory of paternal generational inheritance is absolutely wrong. Assuming I have had three sexual partners since I turned 18 until now, over a span of six years, and none of them used condoms during sex, yet I did not get pregnant (implying I am no longer a virgin and experienced vaginal bleeding during one of those sexual encounters) (sexual activity occurred roughly every two to three days, occasionally with two encounters in a row, such as once before taking a nap on the first night and once after going to bed on the third morning).
All the sperm and semen (including but not limited to those released into my vagina, uterus, or even deeper, as well as those released into my mouth during oral sex, digestive tract, and face) from my two ex-boyfriends would be naturally and completely cleared from my body within one week of entering it or coming into contact with my external skin. The genetic material in the sperm and sex hormones would never cause genetic variation or be assimilated into my maternal sex cells. The genetic material in the sperm and semen, as well as the sex hormones, would never integrate into the endometrial cells of my internal reproductive organs. Nor would they guide my internal reproductive organs to produce and release chemical toxins to remotely attack the sperm of my third boyfriend when we decided to have a child.
Therefore, the sperm and semen of my two ex-boyfriends would absolutely have no interference or effect on my body, and consequently, absolutely have no interference on the child I had with my third boyfriend.
Am I correct in holding these beliefs?

Doctor's answer:

This viewpoint is incorrect. After semen is released into a woman's body, if the sperm does not result in pregnancy, it will die and be expelled from the body along with cervical mucus. This dying sperm lacks the ability to be integrated genetically across generations. For example, if someone consumes placenta, the blood and cells within it contain genetic material, but this material is not active and cannot be integrated into the human body. In other words, your previous sexual experiences cannot affect your ability to conceive a child now.
