Features: This book is compiled based on the requirements of the "Outline for Self-Study Examination of Economic Law" formulated by the National Self-Study Examination Guidance Committee for Higher Education. It is developed on the basis of the legal professional (undergraduate) textbook "Introduction to Economic Law" (1st Edition, September 2000, Peking University Press), which is specified in the aforementioned outline. At the same time, it reflects the relevant content of the four resolutions on revising the "Law of the Joint Venture between Chinese and Foreign Parties," the "Law of the Cooperation between Chinese and Foreign Parties," the "Law of Foreign Enterprises," and the "Product Quality Law," as well as the revised "Law of Tax Collection and Administration," which were passed after the finalization of the textbook. This book can be used as a reference for law professional students participating in the National Self-Study Examination for Higher Education; it can also be used as a reference for other comrades studying the aforementioned textbook and related laws. This book is edited by Yang Xiaoyuan, a professor and doctoral supervisor at Peking University, as the chief editor, and Zeng Donghong, a doctoral student at Peking University, deputy director of the Law Department at Sun Yat-sen University, associate professor, and master's supervisor, as the deputy chief editor.
