What is the normal body temperature for a four-month-old baby

Patient's question:

I am 36 years old this year, and recently I've been feeling unwell. During the day, I sometimes feel dizzy, and it has affected my work. I can't sleep at night, and the medicine I took isn't very effective. Could you please tell me what a normal temperature is for a four-month-old baby?

Doctor's answer:

Normal body temperature in children is usually between 36 and 37 degrees Celsius.
In spring, summer, and autumn, the average temperature is 36.6 degrees Celsius in the morning and 36.7 degrees Celsius in the afternoon. In summer, it is 36.9 to 36.95 degrees Celsius in the morning and 37 degrees Celsius in the afternoon. Feeding, after meals, exercise, crying, excessive clothing or bedding, or high room temperature can temporarily raise a child's body temperature to around 37.5 degrees Celsius, or even occasionally to 38 degrees Celsius.
